Your Plan's Preferred Mail Service Pharmacy, Prescription Solutions^® by OptumRx^TM, offers additional savings and home delivery of your medications

Pay $0 for a 90-day supply of Tier 1 medications, typically preferred generic drugs.†
Savings start at $14 compared to what you would pay at a network retail pharmacy for a 90-day supply of Tier 2 medications (typically non-preferred generic drugs) for some plans. †
Save $15 compared to what you would pay at a network retail pharmacy for a 90-day supply of Tier 3 and Tier 4 medications (typically preferred and non-preferred, brand-name drugs).†
Specialty drugs are considered Tier 5, and are available through Prescription Solutions by OptumRx as well as network retail pharmacies. Specialty drugs have a 33% coinsurance cost no matter where you choose to fill your prescription.
No shipping charge for standard delivery to U.S. addresses, including U.S. territories.

You are not required to use the plan's Preferred Mail Service Pharmacy to obtain a 90-day supply of your maintenance medications, but you may pay more out-of-pocket compared to using the Preferred Mail Service Pharmacy.

Your prescriptions should arrive in about seven days from the date the completed order is received by the Mail Service Pharmacy. You will be contacted by the Preferred Mail Service Pharmacy if there will be an extended delay in the delivery of your medications.

NOTE: If you are receiving extra help from Medicare, your copays may be lower or you may have no copays.
