What can I find on this site?
AARP has established relationships with leading companies to make available a range of health-related products, services and discounts to AARP members. On this site, you will be able to find information on these products, services and discounts, including Medicare supplement insurance options, dental insurance, as well as vision, hearing, and prescription discounts. You can also find information on some of the health care related tools and educational resources available from AARP. The goal is to provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions about your health care needs.
How do I find products that are relevant to me and my needs?
Take a look at the Product Finder Tool. By identifying the state where you live and your age, this tool can provide you with a list of the AARP branded health related products exclusively open to AARP members to apply. Or, if you have more time to browse the website, take a look at the information contained in each of the following sections – Medicare, Tools & Resources, or Insurance & Discounts. These sections contain links to all the health-related products, services and discounts available. (Note: All products are not available in all states.)
Where do I find Medicare information?
Click on the Medicare section head. Under this section you will find links for all the types of Medicare insurance options available, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D and Medicare Supplement. You can also find general educational information about all the parts of Medicare when you choose the links under Understanding Medicare or Medicare Resources.

Where do I find information on the health-related discounts available to me?
Click on the Insurance & Discounts section head where you’ll see a list of all our exclusive health Discounts, such as vision discounts, hearing discounts and prescription discounts. Choose any of these links to find the discounts available automatically to all AARP members. (Note: Prescription discounts are not the same as or a replacement for Medicare Part D prescription drug insurance coverage. Click here for information on Medicare Part D.)

You can request information about all the health related plans by clicking here. Just tell us what you are looking for by completing the short form and we’ll send the information right out to you. It’s that easy.
Account or Insurance Plan Information
How do I manage or access my AARP branded insurance account?
To manage or access your AARP branded insurance account, such as a UnitedHealthcare insurance plan, you will need to contact the insurance carrier using the contact information that can be found on the back of your insurance plan ID card.
Can I purchase an insurance plan or find pricing and compare rate information here?
No. You can find general information about the AARP-branded insurance plans on this website by going to the specific page for the insurance plan of choice. But you will need to purchase your insurance coverage or find pricing and compare rates on the insurance carrier’s website. As you know, AARP is not an insurance company.
Can I pay my premium / bill on this website?
No, you cannot pay your premium or bill on this website. You can find general information about the AARP branded insurance plans on this website. You will need to go to your insurance carrier to pay your premium or bill. The contact information for your insurance plan can be found on the back of your insurance plan ID card.
Can I find information about the doctors covered by my insurance plan on this website?
No. To find information about the doctors covered by your insurance plan, you will need to go to your insurance plan website. The contact information for your insurance plan can be found on the back of your insurance plan ID card.

Where can I find answer to questions I have about hearing loss?
For information on hearing care and hearing related issues, go to the Insurance & Discounts tab to find information about the AARP branded hearing care program. Or check out Tools & Resources and choose the link for the Hearing Resources Center. This will connect you to a special section on aarp.org dedicated to answering questions on hearing care, hearing aids and more.
