Web Advisor

Subscribe to Genworth’s Web Advisor online tools and you can:

  1. Assess care needs and options. Create a customized assessment for you or your loved one by answering questions that help to determine your loved one’s care needs. You can also view appropriate provider types and projected care costs.
  2. Search for providers with enhanced results. Access detailed information on home care agencies and nursing homes. When searching for home care, filter your search by over 40 unique criteria such as dementia training and background checks. When searching for nursing homes, sort by factors such as bed availability and access nursing home reports.

Advisor Services

Our Advisor Services offer a choice of two assessments, either over the phone or in person. Assessments evaluate daily living activities such as eating and bathing as well as cognitive status. Once the care needs assessment is complete, we reach to multiple providers and check for availability, capability to meet your needs, and negotiate for a discount –average savings are $2,000 a year. Customer savings may vary.*
