Looking for Flexibility (Medicare Eligible)

I’m happy with the basics I get through Medicare, but I’d like to supplement that coverage to help with some of the out-of-pocket expenses not paid by Medicare. Since I travel a lot, I also want the flexibility to choose doctors across the U.S.
